"Very comfortable stay.An outstanding small hotel in accomadations and staff"
I spent 8 days at the Talbot while visiting an ill relative. I slept soundly on a comfortable mattress in a large family room, en-suite with all the necessities. enjoyed excellent Welsh Breakfasts, lunches and dinners. Particularly memorable was the Sunday lunch with roast beef and Yorkshire pudding. I often had additional people for meals and could not always be sure of the number. The helpful friendly staff contributed a great deal to my visit. Read less

Jackie, the owner, went out of her way to help when I arrived earlier than expected,a different day and time. All her staff must be hand picked for excellence at their jobs and pleasant personalities.
