"Exceptional customer service"
I was greeted and escorted to my room by the friendliest member of staff I’ve ever met in a hotel before. Nothing was too much trouble and she even confirmed my travel route for me in the morning. The room was a little small and basic but the tunnocks tea cake made up for it. Read less

The very warmest of welcomes to Inverkip Hotel, ‘oor braw wee abode’ on Scotland’s beautiful west coast. A traditional Coaching Inn for over 300 years, we are conveniently located on the main street of Inverkip, a historic conservation village and gateway to the Scottish Highlands.

Rooms

Our bedrooms are individually designed to reflect our quaint Scottish setting, and furnished thoughtfully with our guests’ comfort in mind. Each room offers en-suite facilities and is equipped with everything a modern traveller would expect, along with a few special little touches to make your stay as enjoyable and relaxing as possible. All our rooms are non-smoking, with Wi-Fi internet access complimentary for all guests.

Included within your stay (Room only rate breakfast supplement £9.95) is our full Scottish breakfast and selection of cereals, local jams and fresh fruits from our kitchen. We serve breakfast by the fire in our Lounge, where you can take your time and catch up on the morning papers.

A Perfect Dining Experience

At Inverkip Hotel we offer so much more than quality accommodation and a good night’s sleep. Enjoy the full Inverkip experience with Scottish food and drinks. Try fresh local produce in our lounge or restaurant, both of which offer superb lunch and dinner menus. And no stay would be complete without a visit to one of our bars, where you can chat, relax and of course try a sample (or two) from our extensive whisky, gin and wine lists or perhaps a locally crafted ale.

A magnificent setting

Bordering the two areas of Inverclyde and Ayrshire, and nestled in the heart of historic Inverkip village, our hotel is perfectly located for exploring this beautiful part of the Clyde Coast. Just 30 minutes by car from Glasgow Airport and a 5-minute walk from Inverkip Railway Station, we are well connected for visitors from near and far. Kip Marina is a short walk away for those arriving by yacht.
