We thought we were the only guests, but 2 tables for breakfast one day, and 3 the next. Extremely quiet. When we returned Sat. evening about 10 it was all locked up except for our access to accommodation. Bedroom warm on arrival, but no heating in bathroom, and room heating went off early,(maybe 10.30pm) however it was an exceptionally cold night. Read less
Likes:
We had pleasant meal with our family on Friday night, but we were the only diners. Pub restaurant, with extensive menu, must seat about 100.
Dislikes:
Cold the first night.Landlord friendly, but no one else about!
Understand it is more a summer venue, people walking along canal tow path etc, hence the recommendation.
