Dirty towel back of bathroom door window wouldn't shut in bathroom and kitchen fan/ blower was below 11:30 disturbed by screaming of disgusting fowl language below bedroom (obviously people having a smoke) but went on for well over 20 mins no action from staff at all horrifyingly to hear it all then the morning was topped off by waking to the sounds of lady chundering very loudly I appreciate it's a pub but that doesn't excuse it Read less

Upon arrival I was greeted by a cheerful barmaid who at first refused to take my credit card for payment until I explained in America we don't sign our cards we write see ID on back she gave me my key and told me my room was in the back the room was easy to find as there were about 7 bar patrons standing around my door and sitting on my window sill smoking and talking I listened to the noise for about a half hour from my room until I decided to just go to pub when I saw owner next day she said Read less

Nothing the restaurant they advertise wasn't functioning no towels soap in room and when I complained the owner threw my money for second bought back to me and said she would blacklist me in the area
Dislikes:
I feel being treated in such a manner in today's modern world by the owner of a internationally advertise establishment is so unacceptable and demoralizing shocking isn't a strong enough word
