Likes:
Really friendly staff very helpful, good food and the breakfast is great. Plentiful coffee & Tea in the room.
Dislikes:
The accommodation really needs updating in terms of decor, there was also no plug in the bathroom sink, no bulb in the reading light next to the bed and the bathroom generally needs an overhaul.

"Wouldn't stay here again even if you offered me a gold pig."
The lift to all floors as advertised hasn't worked for a long time, not good when your wife is disabled. The shower in the room was badly stained the sink had a large crack in it. Despite paying for breakfast we never got it. We went down for breakfast at the right time but the restaurant was closed.
The steak in the restaurant on the first evening was as tough as old boots.
The room was freezing and had to ask for the heating to be put on. Not a place I would ever stay again. Read less
