"Great hotel, owners, location"
Fabulous four poster bed, so comfy, room and hotel really nice, had hearty breakfast in beautiful dining room with Oak beems and huge fireplace, the whole hotel had been loveingly converted over the years with lots of memorabilia and history built in 17th century. Very peaceful and enjoyable stay. Owners very friendly and welcoming, gave us lots of advice for visiting nice country pubs in the area, and recommending the food in the fabulous Indian restaurant in the same grounds Read less

I was given the downstairs room right next to the kitchen and family party going on. Children running past the room and occasionally trying to get in did not allow me to rest after a long drive.
