The most amazing thing about our stay was the staff. The 3 ladies we met were so kind, helpful and funny. Nothing was too much trouble for them. They had us laughing so much, it made our stay.
Dislikes:
Would have been nice if the owner had made an appearance. I was told he would come up and look at our TV as some of the channels were not working - he never made an apperance at all.

Response from Kenilworth Hotel:
The rooms that these guests were allocated have recently been redecorated and have new bedding, lighting and pictures. In addition, we have just erected new signage, decorated all staircases and landings and had all carpets cleaned or replaced. Not sure how this equates to tired! We are very pleased however that the reviewer rated our breakfast, staff and location highly.
