Yes the W/C for the sole use of the single room occupant is the smallest in the house.
Single occupancy of our double En-suite provides sole use of the largest in the house.
Provides! W/C - Large hand-basin, Bidet, Power shower with multable massage heads and seated usage.

David and Eileen Lindsay welcome you to their own home, a Victorian guesthouse just off the A183 junction with the Royal Hospital.
Felicitations is also within walking distance of Clanny House, University, Empire Theatre and Sunderland city centre near bus and Metro links to Stadium of Light, Durham, Metrocentre and Newcastle airport.
Felicitations is ideally located for the Hospital and also for those students' parents who may be in town for visits, enrolment and graduation.
Because of our location we can benefit you, in saving on travel costs you will otherwise incur when booking further afield.
We offer clean accommodation ( Eileen insists i take heed of our Guests comments as to it being spotless ) with a warm and friendly atmosphere. Felicitations bedrooms all have adjoining private shower rooms and toilets. all rooms have, tea and coffee making facilities, hair dryers, alarm clocks and TVs.
There is free on road parking outside the guest house. We also can offer you flexibility on times when checking in with prior arrangement.
Here at Felicitations we offer a warm and friendly atmosphere where lone travellers can relax in the quietness of our location.
