Excellent value for money little hotel where your dogs are made to feel welcome. Clean rooms and fantastic food. Beautiful local walks in the countryside no need for a car. Lots of time for drinks!!
Dislikes:
If I had to pick anything it would be that the rooms were extremely hot even with the window open. I accept that it was a hot weekend but fans could have been of benefit.

Likes:
Lovely pub, good food and decent prices and set in an ideal location, great that they accepted dogs.
Dislikes:
The room had a large stain on the carpet from where it looked like there had been a leak coming from the bathroom. A bin outside needed emptying as there were maggots but it was very warm weather.

The friendliness of the staff, & the fact dogs were welcomed.
The price was very reasonable.
Dislikes:
I would have liked to be able to have a sandwich/baguette/wrap instead of a main meal in the pm.
They were v. busy so would have helped them I would have thought.
B'fast was too late at 8.00am
