The Bridge House Hotel is situated in the picturesque, historic town of Henley-in-Arden, with its lively old pubs and excellent restaurants. Some of the prettiest Shakespearean countryside lies between Henley, Stratford-upon-Avon and Warwick with its magnificent Norman Castle and many antique shops.
Only 15 minutes from the National Exhibition Centre and 35 minutes from the centre of Birmingham - this is the ideal accommodation for all, including people who like to combine business with pleasure.
Henley's chief feature is its high street. One of the best known in England, its rich diversity of architecture - red brick, black and white half timber and plaster - blends together as no single building.
To walk along henley High street is to see Warwickshire's townscape at its best. On the east side of the street stands the Stone House and northwards again are grouped a number of half timbered buildings, including The Gables (15th century), The Three Tuns (17th century) and the Bluebell with its high gateway, from the 15th century. Opposite the Guild Hall is The White Swan, a restored coaching inn, where it is thought that the poet Shenstone was inspired to write his famous line about 'the warmest inn'.
