"Excellent end to a vacation"
We were able to stay in the Rupert Suite and it was great. the only problem was a problem with a light switch but that was quickly corrected. This problem actually added to the experience as the Owner was able to provide two candles which actually added to the ambiance of the room. Read less

Everything went extremely well from the check in to the entire stay. We had one small problem with a light switch as stated earlier but that was quickly corrected.
Dislikes:
I understand that this is a bed and breakfast but a few other options for dinner would be great. Something along the line of sandwiches or a Ploughman platter would really add to the menu.

"Love the Castle at Edgehill"
Although we only live a few miles down the road, to celebrate a birthday we thought we'd treat ourselves to a night at the Castle. From the rooms, to the view, to the welcoming staff and the Hook Norton pub, this place is special. We stayed in the room at the top of the tower - the Rupert - which was large, well decorated, came with all the amenities you'd expect, and on a good day you can see across the fields as far as Birmingham Read less
Likes:
The welcoming staff - went out of their way to accommodate my vegan diet
The view - it's awesome
Dislikes:
Don't expect international hotel faceless perfection - this place is 300 years old (and involves a lot of steps if you book one of the two tower rooms).
