Everything - very close to Stratford, great food and drink very close. An off the wall break for those who want an adventure without feeling couped up! very quirky, your not in a hotel your in a home.

Probably the most comfortable bed we have ever slept in. We found the quiet surroundings very peaceful and a further aid to a good night's sleep. Great to see camels in Warwickshire too!

We offer rural tranquility with easy access to the Cotswolds, Stratford on Avon and Birmingham.
There is a twin bed room with en suite shower room, a double bedroom with en suite bathroom and study and the extremely spacious family suite with sitting room, double bedroom, bathroom and single room. All of the bedrooms are elegantly furnished with attention to your comfort.
We serve a proper Full English Breakfast with eggs from our own chickens and sausages and bacon from our own pigs.
Come and enjoy the sights and sounds of rural Warwickshire and if you want to add to the experience try a camel trek with Joseph's Amazing Camels. You will be able to meet our camels grazing in the field in front of the house.
Joseph's Amazing Camels is the only company in the UK specialising in camels. Started in 2000 by Joseph and Rebecca Fossett JAC has the highest standards of training and animal welfare.
We provide camel racing, camel polo, camel rides, camel trekking, the Three Kings and their Camels at Christmas, film ,TV, stage and photo shoots, promotions, corporate entertainment, team building, weddings, parties and camels for all occasions. We also do pig racing.
We train our staff ourselves and they all have experience with the camels. Camel racing is a huge sport in the Middle East and is becoming increasingly popular in the West. JAC has been thrilling audiences around Britain since 2000. From Cheltenham Racecourse to the Royal Cornwall Show to the Ballymena Steam Rally, these camels have been there and done that. The camels and the jockeys, specially trained by us, wear fantastically colourful Arabian style outfits to add pzazz to your event.
As well as racing, the camels are on display all day so the public can meet these splendid animals and learn more about them.
We are easy to find from the M40,M6,M1,A46 and the Fosse Way.
