Had a great time at this hotel. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Comfortable bed and reasonable size room. Good location (about 25 minutes from station) and good service to local area and to London for connections.
Food was superb (had dinner in the hotel) and the serving staff were again friendly and helpful.
Rooms need a bit of tlc (e.g loose tap in bathroom)but think this will happen with time.)
