Mine host and all his staff made us feel most welcome and were always obliging. We just loved the Northern humour!
Dislikes:
Don't expect 'chain hotel' facilities. This is a family run'country pub' with a great character.

"A little bit of heaven on the moors"
We are a family of four, with a dog, and all of us were made equally welcome. Our children were doted upon but not spoilt, the dog was welcomed and not just tolerated, and our hosts couldn't do enough for us. This place is full of character and warmth. If you want clinical premier inn facilities you are in the wrong place. If you want comfy and welcoming furnishings (that yes will be a little dusty because of the open fires despite the extensive cleaning we saw going on!!) you will love it. Read less
Likes:
It is family run and they clearly all love the place and enjoy having people to stay. We spent hours on the moors. It is perfectly placed for the Bronte falls and the surrounding views are stunning.
Dislikes:
The food is amazing, I wish the lunch menu was a little more reasonable but we kept coming back for lunch and tea despite the many other options in Haworth!

The Silent Inn has charged me for the room in spite of it being prepaid through evivo.

I called the Silent Inn that promised to refund the money by sending a cheque. It has not arrived.
