"Very comfortable stay, Great hospitality"
We stayed in the double en-suite room on a visit to Avebury, Devizes, Salisbury and Stonehenge, Very pleasant clean room with super comfortable beds, tea and coffee making facility TV, toilet and shower room, towels and soap etc. My 5 year old son loved the room and felt very much at home. The landlady was very kind and went out of her way to help with our needs. The Spanish night music was original and wonderful. Parking on the street was easy. "Diappointing"
Staff were unfriendly. Room was cold due to draught coming from the window. Womens toilet had no curtain and was overlooked by the building opposite. Gents toilet was in need of cleaning. No breakfast. WiFi wasn't working so had to use local free WiFi which boots you off after 20 minutes. Traffic noise woke us up at 5AM. Read less

On the River Kennet, Marlborough is home to one of the widest high streets in Britain, offering a cast space for regular markets which still occur to this date. Traditional elements of the hotel create a homely atmosphere.

The recently refurbished bedrooms are in keeping with the hotels history but with additional modern comforts.

The bar area has also been refurbished and offers a traditional English menu accompanied by real ales, premium lagers and fine wines, perfect after a busy day exploring the area.
