"cold night in room i had not asked for"
i arrived at 7pm, i was shown to an annex outside, handed the keys and they left to go out. room was cold, heating had not been put on, i had to turn the radiator valve on for some heat, this went off at 9pm, the outside temperature was -2, room got very cold. the bathroom was not en-suite as i has asked and paid for, this was also cold. i had to keep phoning before someone eventually turned up (10.30pm)i was fully clothed and in bed to keep warm, i was shown to a very small room for the night Read less
Likes:
not a lot, i did not sleep well
at least the other room was warm!!
Dislikes:
the cold annex, shown to a very small single room with an exceptionally small en-suite (barely room for a small child to shower in), the cost for what i received.
