It felt like I was a guest in someone's house and I ordered a fussy breakfast of soft boiled eggs which were cooked perfectly and were delicious. Read less

Friendliness of the owner was welcome. Rooms were comfortable and breakfast good.
Dislikes:
The overall feeling of the building is that it is tired and that the maximum number of rooms have been squeezed into a couple of modified properties, with steep narrow steps.

Please note: We are centrally located within five minutes walking distance of Swindon's New and Old Town Shopping Centres with the bus and railway stations in close proximity. The recently refurbished Swandown provides a high standard of accommodation including ample parking at the rear. The Swandown offers 17 comfortable bedrooms, majority benefiting from en-suite facilities. All rooms have colour television and coffee and tea making facilities, and all are fully centrally heated. Wake up call, fax and photocopying. The light spacious dining room offers warm and friendly staff to serve you a traditional English breakfast. The comfortable spacious lounge provides a relaxing atmosphere. Please Note: We are a Non-Smoking establishment. Regrettably, we cannot accept pets.
