Likes:
Worth going for the food alone. Good range of food, well cooked. The accommodation was good. A pleasant atmosphere in the whole place. The staff were welcoming, friendly, and helpful. Real ale.
Dislikes:
More dorawers and containers in the bedroom would have helped.
Closed between 3pm and 6pm for check in. A bit inconvenient, but we were clearly warned in advance.

"Restaurant with rooms"
The Bell was a good find for us. Room was a bit small but otherwise good. A window blind would afford better privacy. One of the friendliest places we've ever stayed and that applied to all the staff. Dinners and breakfasts were excellent and nice to see seasonal local produce on the menu. Prices were very reasonable and the wine list was fairly priced. Read less

Dislikes:
The room was smaller than we expected.

A totally new and fresh experience in the heart of Eckington village. Completely refurbished by sympathetically blending the old with the new. Eckington provides an excellent base for exploring Worcestershire, Warwick and Gloucestershire. All within a short drive you will find: the rivers Avon and Severn with boat hire and boat trips from Worcester, Tewkesbury or Evesham, the Cathedral cities of Worcester and Gloucester with its docks and National Waterways Museum , shopping centres of Cheltenham and Worcester, horse-racing at Warwick, Worcester and Cheltenham race course, walking on Bredon Hill or the Malverns, the Royal Worcester porcelain factory, the Civil War Museum in Worcester, or historic Warwick Castle. As ever the emphasis is firmly placed on good food, a great selection of beers and wines, quality service and includes four tasteful ensuite bedrooms. PLEASE NOTE: Check In is from 13:00 & Check Out is at 10:30. We are closed between the hours of 3.00pm & 6.00pm Monday to Friday. We are a no smoking accommodation. Regrettably we cannot accept pets.
