It was a real luxury to have both a bath and a shower; our room was very spacious and warm and we were delighted to be able to bring our small dog. Dinner was excellent, supplemented by a comprehensive wine list, and it was an honour to meet the chef in the bar afterwards. Considering all tables had booked dinner for 7.30pm, we did not suffer any undue delay at all and timing was impeccable. Read less

Lovely setting, very friendly staff, fantastic food and very welcoming feel to the hotel. Bed was very comfortable.
Dislikes:
Rooms needs a lot of TLC, bathroom was very dated and carpets tired. Rooms very overpriced and not as expected at time of booking.
