Avondale B & B is family run. The house is late Victorian, and the rooms are spacious and comfortably furnished for B&B. Although in the town centre it is in a quiet area with lovely views over the town, river and countryside from main rooms, while still being only a short walk to the town centre, Market Square and river front. Please Note: Non-smoking. No pets permitted on the premises. All children are welcome. Un-restricted on street parking nearby, and we can normally find you a space on arrival. If not, for most of the year there is plenty of parking 600 metres up the road from the house.

Avondale staff have had Green Awarness Training and the B&B is working towards getting a Green award in 2011, We are constantly making changes to reach the environmental award.
