Likes:
Friendly, warm (almost too warm in the room overnight)
Dislikes:
It seemed that the heat stayed on all night, and would rather have it off during the night and back on early morn. But still slept good.

"Couldn't wait to leave!"
Arrived, room cold as radiator not wroking. Had put a note on the booking that mu husband had an allergy to feather yet the bedding was still made of feathers! Barmaid moved us to a different room, which was still fairly grim. When the owners arrived & she explained to the lady that we had to move rooms & why I sensed the lady owner was not happy. In fact I found her cold & hostile she made us pay for the complimentary drink her memeber of staff had given us to the feather issue. Apart from leaving in the morning.. The bar area was quite cosy & Howard was very warm & friendly.
Dislikes:
The restaurant was cold both for dinner & breakfast. The food was average & overpriced for the quality. The pillows whilst eventually not featherwere stained yellow & brown, disgusting!
