Friendliness and the cleanliness of the rooms. Good food both breakfast and evening meals.
Dislikes:
If anything some clients were quite noisy on leaving the bar at the end of the evening, that included revving enginges and screeching tyres, but this was very rare.

The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Even though we had a room over the bar it was quiet and there was no noise disturbance. Breakfast was good and substantial.
