The booking was made online with no request for room specification, although we were fully booked so may have been difficult to have changed the computer generated room allocation at short notice. A room convector heater would have been supplied if requested as the main central heating system is not switched on during the summer period.

Basically everything was fair apart from room which had the feel of a corridor.Room was approx 2metres wide our single beds were ex bunk beds set end to end only 1 chair in room so almost impossible to watch small t.v. set at one end of room,the wallpaper was tatty and skirtings etc were dirty.Shower was a lethal experience went from hot to cold and back in seconds scalding hot.Host was hardly seen people arriving the second night of our stay had to be let in by us as no one in another couple Read less

contd. never managed to check in.Lounge was good.If we had called at house and been shown room we would never have stayed but as we had already paid 1st night thought we would put up with it.

Our priority at the Bronte Hotel is to try to ensure all our guests are happy & well looked after. If this couple were not happy with their room or any other issues at the time of their stay if they had have let us know, then the issues would have been dealt with. Unfortunately if we are not made aware of any problems at the time then we cannot rectify. There are notices in all rooms with contact details for any problems should they arise during a guests stay.
