The room was spacious with a lovely modern en suite. The bed and linen were a dream come true. The breakfast was every thing you could wish for and more. The owners were really friendly and nothing was too much trouble. We, and the other guests, were all made to feel really welcome. Read less

Plenty of car parking space. Beautifully presented. Quiet location. Easy to find. Sea views from certain rooms and from the dining/breakfast room. Short walk from the sea. The whole area is lovely.

CAMELOT HOUSE is a classical Edwardian home with glorious views of Exmoor and the Somerset coast. Situated in Blue Anchor Bay, just a few miles from Minehead, Dunster and Watchet, we are a stone’s throw from the sea, the West Somerset Railway and a short walk from the local shop / newsagent, beach café, tea room and two pubs.
Your hosts, Wendy and Ashley, have taken care to combine an informal atmosphere with a high standard of B&B accommodation in 4 individually decorated en-suite bedrooms. Our family room accommodates 2 adults and 1 child (10 – 14 years). Visit Britain has recognised our achiement with their 4 STAR GOLD and BREAKFAST awards.
We serve a 'sea view' breakfast offering a wholesome, varied menu, including a Aga-cooked traditional English breakfast, using many locally-sourced products. The fridge is well stocked with soft drinks and fresh milk. In our guests’ sitting room you will discover games, plenty of books and loads of useful information on the area including local walks, eating haunts and places of interest.
A few of our Local Activites and Attractions: West Somerset Steam Railway, Dunster Castle, Minehead, Cleeve Abbey, Watchet, Tropiquaria and Exmoor National Park.

We are very conscious of the environment and strive to minimise our impact by recycling religiously; seeking out the most energy efficient solution for our needs; making sensible choices about buying local food whenever possible and which isn't buried in packaging; using pump pots for complementary toiletries.
