The purpose of our stay, was to attend the wake of a family member. The Staff were absolutely 100% attentive without being intrusive. Nothing was too much trouble, and they made every effort to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. The buffet lunch at the wake was tasty and sufficient. We had bar snacks later in the evening, and the staff went above and beyond to accommodate the whole family, to sit down to one table so we could eat and chat together which made for a really special evening. Since my last stay, the en suites have been tastfully modernised and the whole place looks greater than ever.
Dislikes:
I can't say 'I disliked' anything about Churston Court, it's an all round great place and I would go back again at the drop of a hat.

A magnificent, Grade I listed 12th Century Manor House, Churston Court has been skillfully restored to blend historic charm with contemporary comfort.
Experience a warm welcome, with large Inglenook fires and walls covered in original portraits, tapestries, armour & mirrors.
The Inn has 19 en-suite rooms, all finished to the highest standard. Many with four-poster beds, roll top baths and walk-in showers.
Enjoy a candlelit dinner in our A La Carte restaurant. Our menus, created by our Head Chef Andy Howard, are renown for their culinary excellence
