Dislikes:
They should hang their head in shame re the dirt on the bathroom tiles. They have not been cleaned for weeks.

On checking into our room we were welcomed by a freezing cold room and a heater that did not work. After several requests a portable heater was put into the room. There seemed to be a minimal amount of staff to cope with a big wedding party which resulted in not being able to get any attention in reception or elsewhere. The room was a very poor standard for the amount paid per night. Read less

The room decoration was poor, no mirror or pictures on the walls.The shower did not work properly,the washbasin taps were loose, no toilet roll holder or towel rails, no toiletries, only one glass etc
