Great location; as above.
Dislikes:
Breakfast: whoever was responsible for cooking breakfast had no idea how to cook/serve an English breakfast; food was lukewarm, even the water for the tea. Time permitting we would have sent it back.

As already explained at departure, we had new staff on duty that day who did not comply with our procedures and for that reason did not meet our usual vigorously high standards. To ensure this does not happen again, these members of staff have been sent for retraining. Location...beach, pier, shopping centre, and resturant all within a short walk. Checkin was easy, shown to room. House keeping visited room every day and left clean towels, topped up tea and coffee et

Room was clean. Bathroom was excellent. No net curtain up at the window. For the money paid it was a very nice hotel.
