The Florida is an attractive family run non-smoking guest house centrally located near the seaside in Paignton.
We are situated just 80 yards level walk from the seafront, sandy beaches and within easy reach of the town centre and harbour.
Open all year, we offer comfortable surroundings with all rooms tastefully decorated to a very high standard. Whatever you may choose to do, whether to simply relax or explore the many attractions, we pride ourselves in giving a warm welcome to all our guests whilst providing excellent quality service and hospitality. We personally prepare excellent full english breakfasts which are served in our attractive dining room looking out onto the sun terrace.
We are also happy to prepare vegetarian breakfasts upon request. Feel free to relax in our comfortable residents lounge with freeview television. There is plenty to see and do in Paignton. The hotel is a short walk from the seafront, Apollo Cinema and the many shops, pubs and clubs in the area. Families love Paignton. Its long sandy beaches, colourful atmosphere, paddler-friendly waters and first class attractions are the essential ingredients for a magical family holiday.
At night Paignton's seafront comes alive with illuminations and is perfect for an evening stroll. By coach, boat or train, there are countless attractions and so many places to visit during your stay.
