The bed was large and comfortable, room was large enough to work in. Downstairs was a honesty bar situated in very pleasant rooms, another good location for laptop work.

Glangrwyney Court is set in 4 acres of glorious gardens, surrounded by the breathtaking Brecon Beacons. There are many secret sitting areas and magnificent scenery in which to just sit back, relax and enjoy. On lovely summer nights our guests can sit and enjoy a drink on one of our various patios around the grounds.
Staying in this modest Georgian mansion which dates back to around 1800 is a very special experience. With four acres of established and listed gardens, surrounded by 33 acres of parkland, there are plenty of quiet places to sit and simply enjoy the surroundings. During the winter months, the log fire beckons and with the honesty bar close by, a comforting drink is readily available. Deep sofas and plenty of reading material complete the picture. In summer, what better than to sit on the patio or lie back in the hammock in the walled garden and sip a glass of wine.
If you enjoy walking, fishing, golf, riding, tennis, shooting, sailing, caving, rock climbing, cycling along the canal path or mountain biking and are searching for country house accommodation near the Brecon Beacons, Black Mountains and Wye Valley, then you may well have found just the right place. This graded AA and Tourist Board accommodation provides beautiful bedrooms and fantastic breakfasts to set you up for the day.
A tennis court, croquet and boules are available on site.
