The location was very convenient, near to both the High Street and the water, yet on a quieter road away from both. The breakfast was also tasty - full English, but not too greasy and made to order.
Dislikes:
Our room was at the back near some rail lines and trains could be heard going through the night - might bother you if you're a light sleeper. The rooms aren't big or luxurious but fine for the price.

Innisfree is a friendly, family run B&B with a relaxed atmosphere and excellent service, located just 100 yards from the popular Preston beach, complete with beach huts. We are a perfect base for a family holiday.
We are also excellently placed for fans of walking, being just 100 yards from the South Coastal Paths. Enjoy the 7 mile walk to Brixham and relax at its picturesque working harbour. From Berry Head, a beauty spot there, you can also enjoy fantastic views of the bay. We are also just 10 minutes walk from the main shopping area, railway station and bus station. The beautiful town of Stoke Gabriel, set around a lake, is just 4 miles away, where you can relax at the tea rooms and enjoy the views of the lake or the Dart Estuary. Dartmouth is a little further at 5 miles.
Our oft-praised breakfasts are freshly made to order and are sometimes accompanied with a Boogie Woogie, thereby becoming the Boogie Woogie Breakfast at the Innisfree. Afterwards you can relax in our resident’s lounge, complete with Freeview TV. Let us welcome you to the English Riviera!
