"Five-star stay with a personal touch"
I was the only guest on two damp December nights and was made to feel that nothing was too much trouble. I was welcomed with a fine afternoon tea; the comfortable sitting room had a glowing log fire and agreeable soft music; my bedroom had both radio and TV as well as a most luxurious full-sized bathroom. The host and hostess contacted me several times each evening to check whether I needed anything. This provided a superb base for walking the Ridgeway. Read less
