Our 4 star, award winning accommodation comprises of 4 charming, cosy country cottages, one specially for the disabled. Nestling in the rich arable farmland of West Lancashire yet only 5 miles from the elegant seaside resort of Southport. Set along a quiet country lane, peace & tranquillity are guaranteed. Located only 300 mtrs from the Leeds-Liverpool canal which provides course fishing and delightful walks in both directions with charming country inns providing sustinance for the needy!. The Wildfowl & Wetlands Trust at Martin Mere is just 2 miles away and we have our own 'hide' from where you can observe our resident barn owls. We are totally committed to sustainable tourism and have achieved the GTBS Silver award. Built over a century ago, these former farm buildings have been tastefully and professionally converted to provide comfortable, modern, easy care facilities whilst still retaining many of the original features.

The Dairy, The Shippon & The Granary all lie around an enclosed cobbled courtyard. Ranging in size, each has its own distinctive style & character. With full central heating they are available for long or short stays all year round. Our latest cottage, 'The Stable' is fully accessible for disabled guests with specially adapted en-suite wet room

Each cottage has flat screen TV, DVD and video. The lounge areas have comfortable suites and quality furniture. The new fitted kitchens are fully equipped with electric cooker, automatic washing machine, fridge/freezer and microwave plus all necessary kitchen utensils and equipment. Barbeque is available on request. Electricity, bed linen and towels are all provided free of charge. There is a large garden and play area for the children. Cot, high chair and safety gate are all available if required. We are a no smoking establishment and do not accept pets
