"Just what we needed"
We needed somewhere convenient to North Walsham where our family live, We were very warmly welcomed and the location in the village was great and the Ship Inn was ideal for a great meal on our first night and the second day we treated the family to a meal there and they said they will go back in the future. The village of Mundesley is an ideal location for a seaside holiday and Overcliff Lodge is just minutes away from the spectacular, sandy ‘Blue Flag' beach; alternatively it can be used as a base to explore what this part of Norfolk has to offer.

In the main house we have bedrooms to cater for most needs. We have a ground-floor, twin ensuite room which has a level 1 mobility access certificate. All rooms have tea/coffee making facilities, TV, radio alarm and a hairdryer. We can also make available a folding-bed, a cot and a high-chair for the smaller guests.

Breakfast is served in the dining-room and fresh local produce is used as much as possible. There is always a choice of fruit juice, grapefruit, cereals and yoghurts followed by a full English cooked breakfast, complemented by a choice of teas or coffees and toast. Special dietary requirements can be catered for but please advise when booking.

A comfortable lounge with a small library, TV and DVD is available for all guests to use. Parking is provided in a large, private, off-road car-park to the side of the house.

Small, well-behaved dogs are welcome in our ground-floor room where they have direct access to the garden.

You may be a group of friends who want to meet up for a long week-end's catch-up or a family gathering together for a well earned rest by the sea. Whoever you are, Overcliff Lodge is a comfy, spacious retreat which, having been originally designed as a family home, offers ideal accommodation for groups of up to 12 people.
