Patty's Farm Barn has a fantastic range of welcoming family-run self catering holiday cottages near Cockerham, on the outskirts of Lancaster and all our cottages have been rated as 4 star. We are only 3 miles from junction 33 of the M6 motorway, and ideally situated for visits to Lancaster University (just 4 miles away)
These stunning cottages will enable you to relax completely, either on your own or with family and friends. Each offers an excellent standard of accommodation combined with picturesque views of Morecambe Bay and rural Lancashire.
There are many activities available onsite including; parachuting - fishing - walking - cycling and bird watching. We are happy to advise you about them to ensure you get the most out of your stay with us.
