The courtesy and friendliness of the Receptionist/House manager. The atmosphere at the breakfast table was a friendly one - indeed unique for me round one table.

We had a friendly welcome. The rooms were clean, warm and comfortable and the breakfasts were excellent. The rates were very reasonable too.

Rosemead Guest House is situated in a semi-rural greenbelt location within extensive landscaped grounds and offers good quality, affordable accommodation. We have an excellent range of local services and amenities nearby - it is 2 minutes walk from the Swan Inn and 6 minutes walk from Claygate shops and station. There is also convenient access to central London and the national motorway network. On-site parking is available. For online bookings, full payment is required upon booking. For long stays of over three monthswe offer special discounts!
Full English breakfast is included in the price but for other meals self-catering facilities are available to all residents:refrigeration and freezer space for each room within a large shared kitchen (microwave, fan convection oven, slow cooker, gas hob and dishwasher). Kitchen is open anytime apart of breakfast service hours.
We have free WiFi everywhere in Rosemead. For sunny days - our hudge garden is open for all guests. Lunch room with TV for those who prefer to saty in and chill out.
