The accommodation was excellent and the variety of food for breakfast was just as good. Sandy was very knowledgeable regarding the area, places to go, eat etc, but sometimes she was too keen to push everything and everywhere and guilty of information overload and tended to fuss a little too much at the breakfast table, but she meant well Read less

Parking could be a little difficult when all 3 rooms were taken each with a car causing you to have to reverse all the way out avoiding trees, benches and a bend.

Each of the three bedrooms overlooks the tranquil village duck pond. Two exquisitely decorated bedrooms are available both with luxury ensuite facilities. Solley Farm House is perfectly situated for keen golfers. Five superb courses are to be fond a few miles distant, including the prestigious Royal St George’s and the Princes – both top links courses and just a mile away by footpath.
The ancient town and Cinque port of Sandwich is a fascinating place to explore and is only a twenty-minute walk away. With a selection of pubs and restaurants, it is the perfect place to enjoy an evening meal and a drink. The port of Dover and the Channel Tunnel at Folkestone are both within 20 minutes drive, as is the city of Canterbury, with its famous Cathedral.
