Views, and its calm and relaxing atmosphere. Like the recretaional facilties and the amount of books held. Thought staff very good.
Dislikes:
The black & white pictures on the corridor walls aren't that appropriate to the ambiance. Not sure about family photo's in the lounge either. Some furniture and fittings in rooms needs modernising.
