funny , the people that booked in straight afterwards commented on how nice the place smelt and what air freshners did we use ! we are also one of a very limited b and b s in the area to offer ensuites in every room , as no complaint was made at the time of stay we were unable to move you to another room with a bigger bathroom . 2 for location ?, you booked it . 1 breakfast? , you didnt have breakfast . we are sorry you did not enjoy your stay .

as advertised on all our booking sites , we have limited parking , we take up to 8 cars on a first come first served basis , there is free on street parking from 6pm till 8 am ( 1.50 ticket purchased anytime after 6pm automatically covers you till 10 am the following day ) we are only one of two b and bs in the area to be able to offer some free parking . as no complaint was lodged at the time of stay we where unable to resolve it . we are sorry you did not enjoy your stay .,

Breakfast fine if you like greasy food ! (Only had on first morning! We couldn't wait to leave this hotel and very happy we were only staying 2 nights, any longer and we'd have moved. Read less

The only 'good' thing about this hotel was the location.
Dislikes:
Can't understand how someone can run a hotel no matter how basic & not keep it clean, a bit of disinfectant would go a long way! Maybe this would be ok for a gang of teenage boys who wouldn't care!

Free Car Park limited spaces. We have a licensed bar with pool table flat screen tv and darts board all drinks reasonably priced.
