The Wayside Bed and Breakfast is located in Bilbrook, near Minehead. It provides modern, country accommodation focusing on the highest levels of quality and service. This stylish accommodation is Visit Britain 4 Star rated and Silver award winning.
The B & B is in Bilbrook which is situated between Exmoor, The Quantocks and the Coast, 5 miles from Minehead. Great location with easy access to great walking and the area's attractions. Dunster, Watchet Harbour and Porlock are all a short drive away. This is an excellent choice for the Steam Railway enthusiast as it is close to the West Somerset Steam Railway. St Audries Park wedding venue is only 6 miles away. If you are attending a wedding, early check-in can be arranged. Cyclists and walkers are also well catered for with packed lunches and secure bike storage available.
The luxurious bedrooms are in an annex completed in 2006, and are the perfect place to relax after a busy day. They have flat screen TV's, a DVD player and DAB radio. Alternatively you can relax in the lovely large gardens.
Accommodation at the Wayside includes a freshly cooked breakfast served in the dining room of the main house, which is a short stroll across the courtyard. The menu includes homemade jam and marmalade, with local and home grown produce used when available. Special dietary requirements can be discussed when making your booking. Secure Free car parking is available for all guests.
Environmental Statement
The Wayside B & B tries to minimise its environmental impact by recycling all waste and using locally sourced produce for meals. Instead of replacing towels daily, they are replaced only when left in the bath/Shower by guests, thus reducing our washing load.
