the staff member went out of her way to get up early to do our breakfast as our event was early.
the bed was huge, comfortable
Dislikes:
big boxes on the couch in the communal room was not comfortable to use

Dear Kevin, thank you so much for your wonderful comments and thank you for choosing to stay at Tordown. Unfortunately we were away on our annual holiday when you came to stay so perhaps we will see you next time. I can only apologize for the boxes that were in the lounge, there had been a misunderstanding of where to leave the Christmas decorations after their retrieval from the cupboard so they were mistakenly left in the lounge. We do look forward to seeing you in the future.

We had a very comfortable stay, the rooms were well laid out and we liked the "green" emphasis, and the vegetarian breakfast was good and again we liked the focus on organic and sustainable products

On the Southern Slopes of Glastonbury Tor overlooking the Vale of Avalon, Tordown is a haven of tranquillity in Glastonbury. Providing bed and breakfast in Glastonbury with a complete healing centre within, discover the hidden Glastonbury at Tordown.
We are consistently told we do "very good breakfasts." These includes fruit juices, fresh fruit, a large variety of cereals and teas as well as cooked vegetarian fare. We aim to use as much organic, fair trade, seasonal local produce as possible.
Relaxing space sit in the sun and enjoy the picturesque view over the Vale of Avalon. The house has double glazing and central heating. In the winter there is a blazing log fire in the lounge.
Our luxury seater hydrotherapy spa is available for a course of treatments or just relaxation from £5 per person.

Tordowns basic premise is to live as enviromentally friendly as we can whilst still remembering we are running a business where visitors need cleanliness and come to be comfortable , relax and enjoy .
