The warmth of Martin's welcome and also the friendliness of all the staff; the beautiful room that had everything you could want; fantastic food; quiet location; cinema to watch the rugby!
Dislikes:
My only complaint is that it is a long way from our home and so we can't visit more often!

Everything was great.... The personal touch, decorating my son's pudding plate with a sparkler and a "well done" in chocolate sauce was brilliant.... He smiled like he was 5 again ;-)
