Breakfasts superb,good location, easy to find via instructions provided. Although the booking advised check-in at 4pm, there was the facility to ring and arrange an earlier check-in time, which we did

sorry but the room you was in has just been updated and visit britain has given us a 4 for that room as it stated on the website when you booked we are about a 15mins walk from the town centre in a quite part of southport
