We were a bit worried in case it was not suitable but i have to say it was all we wanted and more . Our hosts Richard and Phil were very friendly nothing was too much trouble. We would definately stay there again and reccomend it to friends. Read less

Dislikes:
Being on a main road there was a lot of traffic noise, but that wasn't too bad with the windows closed.

The Wayfarer Guest House is superbly situated in beautiful Torbay, at the heart of the English Riviera in the county of Devon. The gentle climate, stunning views, delightful parks and gardens make Torquay a place where all the family can relax and be entertained.
Explore the 22 miles of coastline with its many beaches and coves, switch off the stress and enjoy soaking up Torquay’s unique atmosphere. Torquay has a superb marina and is a great place to enjoy watersports, sailing, jet-skiing and windsurfing. Walk along the coastal path, or search for a souvenir of your holiday from Torquay’s interesting variety of shops.
Our accomodation has undergone refurbishment over the winter of 2008, ensuring your stay is a comfortable one. The Wayfarer is located near the Riviera centre, sea front, town centre and railway station. The guest house has a small car park. All rooms are tastefully decorated. Flat panel digital tv with freeview, drink making facilities, iron and ironing board are provided in all rooms.
Rooms are serviced daily. Breakfast is served in the dining room between 8.30 – 9.15 am. Full English and vegetarian options are available for breakfast.special diets catered for.
