The room I had was like a cupboard! I was warned it was small but was not prepared for just how small, could hardly move about...and the shared shower room was 2 floors below my room.

On arrival, when we said we had booked 2 rooms, the owner insisted we had not, until her colleague pointed out the booking to her. Although she apologised, her manner was brusque and offhand. On asking for extra teabags to the 2 provided we were told 'they are only complimentary you know! Daughter and partner totally ignored by the male receptionist who knew they were there but did not acknowledge them. We felt that the owner's 'friendly' repartee lacked sincerity- just saying what was expected. Read less

It was close to where we wanted to be.
Dislikes:
Rooms were not four star. Clean, except for a very dusty Ipod docker. Only baths with hand held shower heads. One room - shower screen that did not work. Hangers under eaves-had to bend really low.
