we was put in the westcot suite we arrived at 18:00, the room was like a sauna very very hot & dry air windows fully open but did not make any difference to the heat from the radiators,we tried to turn down the radiators but had no luck,because we had a very long journey we decided to go to bed,but was awoken by a very loud banging noise which was that loud we had to shout at each other to hear what was been said. this stopped after about 10mins only to start again & again & again, Read less
