Award winning Hill House Farm is situated in the middle of beautiful Cheshire countryside within a large garden, surrounded by horse paddocks, offering spacious accommodation and a large guest drawing room with a log burner.
We have two guest bedrooms, a twin and double/family room with a double bed and single bed, all rooms are ensuite. All rooms have digital freeview television, radio/alarm clocks, wireless internet access, tea/coffee making facilities, 'silent running' fridge, electric fans and hairdriers.
We also have a self catering cottage with one room downstairs comprising of a kitchen/dining/sitting area with a log burner and large double bedroom with a 6ft wide four poster bed and ensuite bathroom. Guests in the self catering cottage can have breakfast in the main house or in the privacy of the cottage by prior arrangement.
Breakfast using local produce, where possible, and eggs from our own hens are freshly cooked on the Aga, and is available between 6.30am and 9am.
Environmental Statement
Hill House Farm tries to minimise its environmental impact and has installed Solar PV and Solar Thermal Panels on our south facing roof to help produce our own electricity and hot water. We also use energy efficient lightbulbs, recycle all the waste that we can and using locally sourced produce for breakfasts where possible. Towels are replaced only when left in the shower by guests, thus reducing our washing load. Log Burners have been fitted in the guest sitting room and the cottage as an alternative form of heating.
