The location is excellent, the car park is worth of the value as it is free. Cars may park behind each other and block each other. I felt the attitude of the staff rather patronizing, notes are sticked to the bathroom doors like "please turn off the taps and close the door" and to the reception like "don`t bring in take away food." You don`t find this tone in big hotel chains. I`ve been suggested cereals instead of english breakfast, which is of the cheapest sausage. Read less

The notice in the shower room was put up that day as someone had left the hot water tap full on which was a waste. We do not like take away food in the bedrooms but guests can eat them in the bar. This guest was offered cereals and toast for breakfast one day as she came into breakfast more that 30 minutes after it had finished and 'demanded' breakfast. Other days she ate her breakfast with no complaints at the time. At no time was her car blocked in and there was always space available.

The Pinedale is a friendly family run hotel with an excellent central location in Bournemouth. It has been awarded a 3 star rating by the AA. Ideally situated on the West Cliff, its location is perfect for holiday makers and business people alike. The B.I.C is just five minutes walk away as is Bournemouth's golden beach. If its shopping you like, the shops and town centre are a short walk down the hill. The Pinedale offers excelllent home cooked food and evening meals are available for £12 per person in season unless arranged prior to arrival. PLEASE NOTE: Check In is from 12:00 & Check Out is by 10:30. We are a no smoking accommodation. Regrettably we cannot accept pets
