The staff were very efficient in moving us to a suitable room after the first room given had been missed by housekeeping. Lovely warm rooms when the temperatures were very cold.

Friendly staff and good wholesome food. No noise from adjacent rooms so pretty well insulated. Adjustable control over heating, the radiator can be turned up or even off.
Dislikes:
Lighting in the bedroom is limited to table/bed side lights hence after dark reading can be a challenge.

Once you've seen the delightful decor and experienced the sumptuous comfort of these individual suites (en-suite bathrooms, TV, generous wardrobes, hairdryer, trouser press and tea/coffee making facilities are all included), you won't be in a rush to leave - especially after one of our famous breakfasts too!
