We were originally given a room which we had to use stairs to get to and was very tight for space. we had said we had a child. we had our room changed which was done very quickly but it was not a very good room. it was so warm we had to keep the window open all night and we must have been based near the restaurant so there was a lot of clattering, especially as we had decided to have a lie in rather than go to breakfast. also i believe we had downgraded to a smaller room so should have refund.
