Welcome to the Walnut Lodge. An elegant and beautifully presented former Victorian property, offering quality accommodation in a warm, friendly and relaxed atmosphere, Set in an ideal location, peaceful yet convenient, we are within 10 minutes walk to the wonderful beaches or 5 minutes walk to Tor Abbey gardens.
Ideally placed for the conference centre and leisure centre (10 minutes walk). The station is only a 2 minute taxi ride away. The town and marina are but a short 15 minute walk, for those wanting the vibrant bars, cafes, shops and restaurants. Torquay is an ideal base from which to visit other attractions in the South West such as Dartmouth, Totnes, Exeter (½ an Hour) or Plymouth (45 Minutes drive).
We can provide private free parking and there is WiFI internet access throughout. We look forward to welcoming you, and can g
uarantee the highest standards in service and attention to detail.
